      研制了一种可以测量纯摩擦力的柔性力学量传感器,作用在传感器上的正压力对摩擦力测量的影响不超过满量程的1.8%。传感器灵敏度高(186με/N),测量范围在几个牛顿(N)的量级。传感器的敏感元件为柔性敏感条,由电阻应变片和超弹性硅橡胶组成,其继承了超弹性材料的柔软性与电阻应变片技术成熟的特点。实验证明,柔性敏感条具有输入输出线性好、精确度高、零频响、性能稳定等优点。合适地选择柔性敏感条的有效尺寸,还可以提高其测量灵敏度。柔性敏感条除了可以用于摩擦力测量外,还可应用于其他方面力学量的测量, 本文示意性证明了柔性敏感条对于柔性弯转角度的测量及手指弯曲的测量,说明柔性敏感条自身也有良好的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      A pure friction sensor has been developed, in which the coupling error caused by the normal force is less than 1.8%. The sensitivity of the sensor is relatively high (186με/N) in the measurement range of several Newtons. The sensitive element of the sensor is the strain sensitive tape which is composed of hyperelastic silicon rubber and strain gauge. The flexible material and the strain gauge are consolidated into the strain sensitive tape which has the hyperelastic properties of the flexible material and the maturity of technology of strain gauge. Experiments demonstrate that the advantages of the tape, as a sensor, include the linear relationship between input and output, the high accuracy of measurement, the zero frequency response and the stable performance. By selecting proper effective dimensions of the sensitive tape, its sensitivity can be even higher. Besides the measurement of friction forces, the sensitive tape can also be employed in other mechanics measurements. Illustrational demonstrations are conducted for the measurements of turning angles of a flexible tape and a finger bending, indicating its promising applications.
