金属材料在准静态加载条件下表现出包辛格效应,但由于实验技术的限制,目前对于材料在高应变率加载条件下包辛格效应的研究较少。本文基于霍普金森拉杆和压杆测试系统,采用吸波装置有效消除二次加载波对试件塑性变形的影响,实现了金属材料动态拉伸和压缩加卸载测试,进而考察了TA7钛合金在动态加载条件下的包辛格效应。测试结果表明,TA7钛合金在预拉伸变形继而反向压缩变形过程中具有包辛格效应,且具有应变率相关性;与准静态加载相比,TA7钛合金的动态包辛格效应减小;动态包辛格效应随预拉伸应变量的增加无明显变化。 |

Under quasi-static loading conditions, metallic materials have the Bauschinger effect. Due to the limitation of experimental technique, the investigation on the Bauschinger effect of metal materials at high strain rates is rarely reported. In this paper, wave absorbing devices in split Hopkinson tension and pressure bar systems were designed to effectively eliminate the secondary plastic deformation of the specimen, and the dynamic tension and compression loading and unloading tests were achieved. The dynamic Bauschinger effect for TA7 titanium alloy was tested at the strain rate of 350s\+\{-1\}. The test results show that the TA7 alloy has the Bauschinger effect during the tension and reverse compression deformation process, and such Bauschinger effect is dependent on the strain rate. Compared with quasi-static loading, the Bauschinger effect of TA7 alloy is reduced under dynamic loading condition. The dynamic Bauschinger effect changes little with the increase of the pre-stretching strain. |
