栅线投影测量技术以其无损、非接触、高精度、全场测量等优点,被广泛应用于离面位移测量,但是受光学和数字图像分辨率的限制,随着测量范围的增大,测量结果的空间分辨率以及离面位移测量精度都会相应降低,难以实现大视场下高精度测量。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了基于相机阵列的栅线投影测量技术,通过理论分析研究了相机阵列系统的组成和实现原理,并通过十字梁中心受集中载荷的实验和平板倾斜实验,验证了该系统的测量精度。 |

The fringe projection profilometry is widely used in the measurement of out-of-plane displacement due to its advantages of non-destructive, non-contact, high-precision and full-field measurements. However, due to the limitations of optics and digital image resolutions, as the measurement area increases, the spatial resolution of measurement results and the accuracy of out-of-plane displacement measurement will decrease accordingly, making it difficult to achieve high-precision measurement in a large field of view. In order to solve this problem, the fringe projection profilometry based on camera array is proposed. The composition and the implementation principle of the system are studied, and the measurement accuracy of the system is verified through the concentrated load at the center of the cross beam and the flat plate tilting experiments. |
