      传统的蠕变力学实验方法已无法满足新工科背景下本科生与研究生创新性实验教学的需要,为了使本科生与研究生在开放性实验教学中掌握力学实验分析的基本方法与技能,基于小冲杆试验技术建立了一套微试样高温蠕变试验系统。该系统作为一个科研平台,由常规单轴蠕变试验机与独立设计制造的微试样试验装置构成,能够为无法制备常规标准试样的新材料或薄膜材料提供高温力学性能试验数据。同时,该试验系统也是一个综合性的试验平台,基于该平台,可以完成室温小冲杆试验、微试样蠕变试验、大变形测量以及弹塑性本构分析等力学实验教学。微试样高温蠕变试验平台将力学实验与科学研究相结合,满足了新工科创新教育的要求,有利于培养学生独立分析与研究的能力,为其未来的科研工作打下基础。
英文摘要:
      So far, the traditional creep test method has not met the requirement of innovative experimental teaching for undergraduates and graduates under the background of the New-Engineering Training concept. In order to enable undergraduates and graduates to master the basic methods and skills of mechanical experimental analysis in the open experimental teaching, a set of high-temperature creep test system for miniature specimens based on the technology of small punch test has been developed. As a scientific research system, the system is composed of a conventional uniaxial creep testing machine and a miniature specimen clamping set-up designed and manufactured in our group. It can provide a way to obtain the high-temperature mechanical properties for new materials or thin films that are unable to prepare conventional standard specimens. In addition, the testing system is also a comprehensive experimental platform, in which the mechanical experiments including small punch test at room temperature, small punch creep test, large deformation measurement and elasto-plastic constitutive analysis can be accomplished. The high-temperature small punch creep experimental platform, which combines mechanical experiment with scientific research, can meet the requirements of innovative education of New-Engineering Training, help to cultivate students' ability of independent analysis and research, and lay a foundation for their future research work.
