      为了评估当前航空航天典型紧固件的装配工艺,对航空航天极端工况常用的高温合金紧固件Inconel 718材质螺栓及A286镀银自锁螺母进行扭拉关系试验研究,设计了垫片及配套工装,测试分析了新旧垫片和有无润滑在重复拧紧过程中对紧固件扭矩系数的影响。试验结果表明,随重复拧紧次数的增加,扭矩系数呈现出一定规律性变化,在有无润滑条件下表现出完全相反的变化趋势;相同拧紧次数有润滑扭矩系数与无润滑相比明显较小,且随拧紧次数的增加,扭矩系数差值逐渐拉大;使用旧垫片时扭矩系数值相较新垫片略有增加。研究发现Inconel 718螺栓与A286收口螺母的配合在不同装配条件下存在显著差异,文中精确评估了各种工况对其扭矩系数的影响作用,所得结果可为该螺栓组合件装配工艺的改进提供参考依据。

      In order to evaluate the current typical aerospace fastener assembly procedure, the tightening experiments of Inconel 718 bolt and A286 self-locking nut plated with silver, commonly used in aerospace extreme working conditions, were carried out. The installation side test piece and the supporting tools are designed, and the effect of the new and old gaskets and the lubrication on the nut coefficient of the fasteners during the repeated tightening process was analyzed. The results show that the nut coefficient changes regularly with the increase of repeated tightening times, and the change tendencies on different lubrication conditions are completely opposite. The nut coefficient with lubrication is significantly smaller than that without lubrication for the same tightening times, and the difference of nut coefficient increases with the increase of tightening times. When using old gaskets, the value of torque coefficient increases slightly compared with that of new gaskets. The study reveals significant differences between Inconel 718 bolt and A286 self-locking nut plated with silver under different assembly conditions, and the influence of each condition on the fastener assembly process is accurately evaluated, which provides reference for the improvement of production procedure.
