针对极端测试环境中采集的低质量测试图像,提出一种解析高精度变形场的高阶时域DIC(Digital Image Correlation)算法。采用模拟散斑方法建立了含高斯白噪声的亚像素级位移图像,通过最小二乘迭代法求解高阶时域DIC算法的位移量,分析了算法的测试精度。研究结果表明,非线性光流方程能够描述变形前后像素点灰度变化的时间连续性,解析变形的速度项和加速度项;高阶时域DIC算法对图像灰度变化不敏感、测量精度高,解决了从低质量散斑图像解析高精度变形量的难题。 |

Aiming at the low quality test images captured in extreme testing environment, a high-order time-domain DIC algorithm is proposed to analyze the high precision deformation field. A sub-pixel displacement image containing Gaussian white noise is established by using the simulated speckle method. The displacement of the high-order time-domain DIC algorithm is solved by the least square iteration method, and the test accuracy of the algorithm is also analyzed. The results show that the nonlinear optical flow equation can describe the time continuity of the change of pixel gray level before and after deformation, and analyze the velocity term and acceleration term of deformation. The high-order time-domain DIC algorithm is insensitive to the change of image gray scale and has high measurement accuracy, which solves the problem of resolving high-precision deformation from low-quality speckle image. |
