本文设计了一种基于视场分割的双远心镜头视频引伸计。该视频引伸计通过4个平面反射镜将双远心镜头的视场分割为2个空间上分离的视场,并通过视场标定技术确定了测量系统的放大率和两视场间的距离。在此基础上,通过数字图像相关法(DIC)跟踪试件上2个标记点的运动,获得标距段的伸长量,进而计算出应变。本文通过视场分割的方法扩大了双远心镜头的测量标距,提高了应变测量精度,且测量标距可根据实际需要方便地调节。最后,通过拉伸实验验证了所提出方法的有效性。 |

The paper presented a video extensometer with bilateral telecentric lens based on division of field of view. In this method, the field of view of the bilateral telecentric lens is divided into two separated fields by four planar mirrors. The relative position relationship between the two fields of view is established by field of view calibration technology. Digital image correlation (DIC) is used to track the movement of two mark points on the specimen. Then, the relative elongation between the two mark points is obtained and the strain can be calculated. In this method, the measurable gauge length of the bilateral telecentric lens is increased by dividing the field of view, and therefore the strain measurement accuracy is improved. In addition, the gauge length can be adjusted conveniently according to the measurement needs. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by tensile tests. |
