      为研究钢管粗钢渣混凝土柱的基本力学性能,用jk-10000kN多功能结构试验系统对15根圆钢管粗钢渣混凝土短柱进行了轴压试验,得到了试件在轴向压力下的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、应力-应变曲线,并进一步分析了粗钢渣替换率、钢管径厚比以及钢管尺寸对其力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:使用粗钢渣替换天然粗骨料,可以有效改善钢管混凝土柱的轴压性能,当粗钢渣替换率为75%时效果尤为明显;随着钢管径厚比的增加,试件的承载力随之减小,同时试件的破坏形式也发生变化;尺寸效应对试件破坏形态和应力影响较小;《钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(GB50936-2014)给出的轴压承载力计算公式中,套箍混凝土理论能比较准确地预测圆钢管粗钢渣混凝土的极限承载力。
英文摘要:
      This paper investigates the behavior of concrete-filled-steel-tube (CFST) columns containing steel slag coarse aggregate. The uni-axial compression test of 15 steel slag concrete columns with circular steel tube is carried out by jk-10000kN multi-function structure experiment system. The failure mode, load-displacement curve and stress-strain curve are obtained. The effects of steel slag coarse aggregate replacement ratio, the diameter-thickness ratio and steel tube geometry on the behavior of the specimens are studied. The results have shown that by replacing the natural coarse aggregate with steel slag coarse aggregate partially or totally, the strength of specimens could be enhanced. Furthermore, when the ratio of coarse steel slag replacing aggregate is 75%, the effect is especially obvious. Besides, as the diameter-thickness ratio increases, the strength is significantly decreased. Moreover, there is insignificant size-effect. Lastly, the experimental strengths of specimens are compared with calculated strengths given by GB50936-2014. The hoop concrete theory can more accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity of the crude steel slag concrete of round steel pipes, which can provide a reference for engineering applications.
