混凝土界面过渡区(ITZ)是混凝土材料中的薄弱环节,由于其微米级别的尺寸,对其进行力学性能测试存在诸多困难。本文综述了ITZ力学性能测试方法的研究现状,将现有实验技术归纳为宏观实验测试方法和微观实验测试方法:宏观实验测试方法可按照实验类型进一步概括为拉伸、剪切和断裂测试技术,可以实现强度、断裂能和断裂韧度等力学参数的测量;微观实验测试方法可按照实验手段进一步概括为纳米压痕、纳米划痕技术、原子力显微镜、扫描电镜技术和CT技术,可以实现弹性模量、硬度、厚度和孔隙率等力学参数的测量。本文旨在介绍混凝土ITZ力学性能表征方法的新进展,同时展望实验测试方法的应用,为搭建混凝土微观材料性能与宏观结构响应之间的联系提供参考。 |

Interfacial transition zone (ITZ) is the weak link in concrete. Due to the micro size of ITZ, it is a challenge to measure mechanical properties. In this article, progress on measurement of ITZ mechanical properties are reviewed and categorized. The testing methods are summarized into macro methods and micro methods: macro methods include tensile, shear and fracture methods according to the experiment type, through which mechanical parameters such as strength, fracture energy and fracture toughness can be obtained; micro methods include nanoindentation, nanoscratch, atomic force microscope, scanning electron microscopy and CT techniques according to the experimental instrument, through which elastic modulus, hardness, thickness and porosity can be measured. This article aims to introduce the development of ITZ mechanical characterization methods, and the possible application of testing methods, which provides a referece for enhancing investigation between micro material performance and macro structural response of concrete. |
