      通常复合材料的振动疲劳过程比金属材料复杂,是目前疲劳领域很具挑战的问题之一。为了进一步研究复合材料振动疲劳寿命及损伤规律,本文利用红外热像仪、高速相机对带缺口CFRP板的共振疲劳过程进行非接触监测,实现了复合材料振动疲劳过程中的温度变化和动态损伤同时监测;得到了试样动态响应及表面最高温度变化与疲劳寿命之间的关系。同时基于3层BP神经网络预测了悬臂板自由端振幅与疲劳寿命之间的关系,发现该振幅值与试样疲劳寿命具有一定的相关性。
英文摘要:
      The vibration fatigue process of composite materials is usually more complex than that of metal materials, which is one of the challenges in the field of fatigue. In order to further study the vibration fatigue life and damage characteristics of composite materials, Infrared thermal imaging and high-speed camera techniques were employed to monitor the resonance fatigue process of CFRP plates with notches, and obtain information on temperature variation and damage involution in the vibration fatigue process of composite materials. The relationship between the dynamic response and the variation of the maximum surface temperature of the specimens and the fatigue life was obtained. In addition, a three-layer BP neural network was used to predict the relationship between the amplitude of the free end of cantilever plates and their fatigue lives. The experimental results show that the amplitude value has a certain correlation with the fatigue life of the specimen.
