      尾矿库中尾砂的沉积规律受颗粒级配、浆体浓度、排浆速度等因素的影响。其中排浆速度是影响尾矿沉积规律的主要因素之一。本文采用阜新铜乃铁矿,通过自行研制的水力分选粒度分析装置进行排浆速度分别为 0.15cm/s、0.30cm/s、0.45cm/s 时尾矿砂沉积规律模型实验,研究表明:(1) 在尾矿库内的汇水界面处有明显粗化现象并在汇水界面处尾矿砂的坡度明显增加。(2)若颗粒运移的力一定时,尾矿颗粒保持动态平衡,表现为矿浆流速越大坡度越缓。反之速度越小,坡度越陡。(3)通过对矿浆中悬浮临界和沉积启动临界状态的尾矿颗粒进行受力分析。推倒出矿浆流速与悬浮分选粒径、沉积启动粒径的力学模型
英文摘要:
      Tailings deposition law in tailings dam is affected by the grain size distribution, concentration of slurry, slurry emission speed and such factors.The slurry velocity is one of the main factors that influence the deposition law of tailings.This paper uses the sand from the Fuxin TongNai iron ore,through self-developed hydraulic sorting granularity analysis device for 0.15cm/s, 0.30cm/s, 0.45cm/s tail ore deposition rule model experiment for slurry discharging speed respectively.The research shows:(1) The interface in the catchment tailings dam has obvious coarsening and at the interface of the tailings in the catchment slope increased significantly.(2) If the particle migration force isn’t change, tailings particles keep the dynamic balance, the performance of the slurry velocity will increase more slowly.On the contrary, the speed is slower, the slope is steeper.(3) Through analyzing the stress of tailings particles in pulp suspension and critical deposition start critical state.Derive the slurry flow velocity and suspended particle diameter, particle size of the starting Deposition Mechanics model.
