      为研究聚丙烯在压剪复合加载下的变形行为和屈服规律,设计了一种压剪复合加载的试件(Shear-CompressionSpecimen,SCS)结构,分析了试件构型参数对变形行为的影响,分别对角度为5?,15?,30?,45?,60?的SCS进行了准静态加载实验,对SCS压缩变形过程中测量区的压缩应力和剪切应力的演化规律进行了分析,结果发现:聚丙烯在压剪复合加载下屈服准则服从Hu-Pae屈服准则。同时对角度为30?,45?的SCS进行不同加载速率的实验比较,发现聚丙烯在压剪复合加载下的屈服行为具有应变率敏感性。
英文摘要:
      To study the complex deformation behavior and yield of polypropylene under compression and shear d complex loading, a Shear- Compression -Specimen( SCS) has been designed and used analysis of the specimen configuration parameters on the deformation behavior. The SCS whose angle of 5 degrees, 15 degrees, 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees were tested by quasi static loading experiment and the evolutionary rule of compression stress and shear stress in SCS deformation measuring zone during loading are analyzed, the results showed that polypropylene under compression shear loading criterion obeys the Hu-Pae yield criterion. At the same time, the experimental results of different loading rates of SCS at angle of 30 and 45 degree were carried out. It was found that the yield behavior of polypropylene under compression shear loading was strain rate sensitivity.
