      磁巴克豪森噪声(MBN)技术在马氏体-铁素体双相钢的微观结构及应力无损评价与表征中具有巨大潜力。为探究拉应力σ和铁素体占比wF对磁巴克豪森噪声的影响规律及权重,在0~200MPa范围内实验测得了具有不同wF的双相钢MBN信号。重点分析了MBN蝶形曲线双峰峰值(分别代表马氏体和铁素体)在σ和wF两因素耦合条件下的变化趋势。结果表明:受多种竞争机制影响,铁素体对应的MBN峰值随σ和wF增加未呈现明显变化规律;wF增加过程中,马氏体对应的MBN峰值呈先快速后缓慢的两阶段增长趋势,且第二阶段的增长速率在高应力区间更快。σ和wF增加均会导致马氏体MBN峰值升高,当wF<12%,组分占比的影响权重更高;当wF>12%,两因素的影响权重相当。
英文摘要:
      Magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) technique has great potential in non-destructively evaluation of microstructure and stress in martensite-ferrite steel. To investigate the influence and weight of applied tensile stress σ and ferrite proportion wF on the magnetic Barkhausen noise, experiments were performed in dual-phase steel with different wF and under tension in the range of 0~200MPa. The change trends of the double peaks (representing martensite and ferrite respectively) of MBN butterfly curve under the coupling condition of σ and wF were special analyzed. The results show that the MBN peak corresponding to ferrite do not change obviously with the increase of σ and wF due to complex competition mechanism. The MBN peak corresponding to martensite increased rapidly at first and then increased slowly with wF increases. In addition, the growth rate of the second stage is faster in the high stress range. σ and wF will lead to the increase of MBN peak value. In general, the phase proportion is the dominant influence factor when wF is less than 12%, and the influence weight of σ and wF are in the same order when wF exceeds 12%.
