      采用钛合金方块作为弹体撞击复合材料平板机匣的试验模拟了叶片飞脱碎片撞击机匣抗包容考核过程,通过获取弹体不同冲击角度撞击不同厚度平板时的抗冲击临界速度,评估了复合材料机匣在不同工况下的抗冲击能力极限,并分析了抗冲击临界速度、应变响应、位移响应等关键物理量随平板厚度及撞击角度变化的规律。发现复材平板抗冲击能力对厚度较为敏感,但呈非线性变化趋势;复材表面压应力会抑制表面裂纹的扩展,且厚度越大,这种效应越明显;经纬纱存在最优编织角度使复材结构抗冲击性能最强,以及裂纹扩展速度最慢。提出的试验方法可以为真实机匣包容性适航试验的顺利取证提供有力支撑,得出的结论对机织复合材料机匣结构抗包容能力评估与设计均有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      The anti-containment assessment process of the blade out was simulated by the test of titanium alloy block as the bullet impacting composite flatbed casing. And the impact resistance limit of the composite casing was evaluated under different operating conditions by obtaining the critical velocity of impact when the bullet impacted the different thicknesses plate at different impact angles. The laws of the key physical quantities such as impact critical velocity, strain response and displacement response change with plate thickness and impact angle were analyzed. It was found that the impact resistance of the composite plate is sensitive to the thickness. But it shows a nonlinear trend of change. The compressive stress on the surface of the composite material will inhibit the propagation of the surface crack. And the thickness is greater, the effect is more obvious the effect. The optimal weave angle of the warp and weft yarn makes the composite structure the strongest impact resistance and the slowest crack propagation speed. The proposed test method can provide strong support for the smooth collection of evidence for the inclusive airworthiness test of the real casing. And the conclusions have certain reference value for the evaluation and design of the tolerance resistance of the woven composite casing structure.
