核电结构服役过程中,构件可能由于地震等意外载荷产生塑性变形。实际构件的受力变形大多是复杂的双轴甚至三轴变形,目前对双轴塑性变形的检测研究尚较少。本文针对核电站中典型的奥氏体不锈钢材料,在基于其单轴塑性变形和电磁属性关系的基础上,首先,结合莫尔圆理论,建立了双轴塑性变形条件下材料的周向电磁属性分布,进行了实验验证,并进一步基于实验结果得到了切应变对电导率影响较小的结论;其次,提出了三相品字形方向性探头构型,分析了检测机理,并基于皮尔逊相关系数建立了双轴塑性变形定量涡流检测方法,进行了数值验证;最后,制作了品字形传感器,搭建了实验系统,实验验证了本研究所开发的双轴塑性变形定量检测方法的有效性。 |

During the operation of nuclear power structures, components may experience plastic deformation due to unexpected loads such as earthquakes. However, the force deformations of practical components are often complex biaxial or even triaxial deformations, and there are limited studies on the detection of biaxial plastic deformations. This paper focuses on a typical austenitic stainless steel material used in nuclear power plants. Firstly, we establish and experimentally verify the circumferential electromagnetic property distribution of the material under biaxial plastic deformation conditions based on the relationship between its uniaxial plastic deformation and electromagnetic properties, combined with the Mohr circle theory. Further, we find that the tangential strain has a minor effect on conductivity. Secondly, we propose a three-phase pancakes directional probe configuration, analyze the detection mechanism, and establish a biaxial plastic deformation quantitative eddy current testing method based on the Pearson correlation coefficient, which is verified numerically. Finally, we fabricate a pancake sensor, build an experimental system, and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the developed biaxial plastic deformation quantitative detection method. |
