提出了一种以高分子材料制成的微管为基础的柔性传感器,通过对这种新型传感器进行一系列的标定实验和结构设计,实现了伞衣在不同拉伸载荷下的应变状态、人体脉搏波以及振动条件下螺栓松动情况的实时监测。结果表明,受益于柔性微管传感器的高灵敏度和高共形性,传感器所采集到的信号能够反映出材料在动载荷下的应变情况,为柔性材料在拉伸载荷下的应变测量、人体生理信号实时监测以及螺栓等零部件的松动监测等提供了新的解决思路。 |

A flexible sensor based on microtubules made of high polymer materials is presented. Through a series of calibration experiments and structural design, the real-time monitoring of strain state of umbrella coat under different tension loads, human pulse wave and bolt loosening under vibration conditions is achieved. The results show that, benefiting from the high sensitivity and conformity of the flexible micro-tube sensor, the signals collected by the sensor can reflect the strain of the material under dynamic load, and provide new solutions for the strain measurement of flexible material under tensile load, real-time monitoring of human physiological signals, and monitoring of the loosening of parts such as bolts. |
